For the past 25+ years Crown Entertainment (formerly Crown Video) has been distributing high quality, faith-based visual media products to Canada and around the world. Crown Entertainment continues to distribute to families, churches, schools and Christian bookstores. Movie Events for churches has been part of Crown's offerings for many years.
How faithflicks.ca got started
Movie Events for churches are becoming increasingly popular. Actually, it's a throw-back to the 16ml film showings from the 60's, 70's and 80's. With the advent of VHS video, these 16ml film showings died off. Well, now they’ve returned on DVD! The Church Movie Event is back, we think for good. faithflicks.ca is Crown Entertainment’s new brand for Church Movie Events. Our hope is that it will be a recognized symbol of excellence in film quality and message for churches across Canada.
